Creaforti is a B2B IT and telecom services company, present throughout the Netherlands and recently merged with Zetacom, forming the largest player in its market.
As the brand was about to venture into new service offerings, complex subjects needed to be explained to potential customers. The goal was to emphasize and explain the need for the new service offerings.

IBI produced two animated videos and a unique visual identity. The first video was created to explain the full new service offering, consisting of IT and telecom services. The second video explained the topic of data security in detail.
To make these complex topics easy to understand IBI designed a visual identity consisting of 6 unique characters with a friendly and approachable look and feel, emphasizing the accessibility of the services.
Both videos were published on the company website, shared on social media and sent out through email marketing, generating traffic towards the planned out conversion funnel.
The visual identity of the videos turned out to improve the general understanding prospects had of the brand and its services. The new characters have proven to be effective tools for clear and accessible communication and were therefore rolled out throughout the company’s website, presentations and other marketing assets.
